This blog is offered as a way of sharing something I found was missing online. That is daily devotional reflections on the Daily Eucharist readings from the Church in Wales. Sometimes reference may be made to insights from Morning or Evening Prayer too, but all can be found on the Digital Lectionary available from the Church in Wales website.
An important caveat is that I am not a priest nor leader of any church. I have not attended Bible College nor achieved a theological degree (although I have read widely on theology & have been an active Christian for over 45 years). So, these thoughts are those of a layman. Not to be taken as gospel.
But hopefully that does not put you off. In my experience, as well as us needing the spiritual leadership of a pastor & to learn from anointed teachers, it also helps to hear from fellow travellers. May my simple thoughts be such an encouragement as we both stumble forward in trying to follow Jesus daily.
